The Ferrock Structural Panel

Ferrock Fabrication creates 6-8 inch thick monolithic structural insulated panels (SIPs). These panels do more than just meet building codes; they capture COâ‚‚, outperform cement, and are built to handle the toughest conditions.

Built for Performance

  • Exceptional Strength: Offers a compressive strength of up to 10,000 psi, with flexural strength more than four times that of traditional Portland cement.
  • Superior Durability: Resists cracking, saltwater, and extreme heat. Our panels get even stronger when exposed to temperatures up to 1100°C.
  • Carbon-Negative: Captures 8–11% of its weight in COâ‚‚ during the curing process.
  • Eco-Friendly: Made without Portland cement, using recycled steel dust and other materials. It’s also 100% recyclable and non-toxic.
